Air Suspension Compressors & Kits
The compressor maintains system pressure across semi-air and full-air suspension kits — automatically inflating air springs to a target pressure, holding ride height under load, or supporting on-demand height adjustment. Whether you're specifying a unit for a new build or upgrading an existing kit, the correct choice depends on your system type and how often the compressor will be working.
Standalone compressors are listed first, followed by complete kits combining a compressor with gauge panel, paddle switches or digital pressure display, plus the wiring and fittings required for installation.
Choosing a duty cycle:

Standard duty — 120psi, 9% duty cycle. The most common choice for typical rear semi-air kits on motorhomes, light commercials and 4x4s. Cost-effective and reliable for occasional inflation cycles.

Medium duty — 130–150psi, 15–33% duty cycle. Suited to higher volume air springs, tag axle motorhome applications, or installations with more frequent inflation cycles where a standard duty unit would be working at its limits.

Heavy duty — 150psi, 100% duty cycle. Designed for full-air suspension systems and applications where inflation demand is sustained — the compressor can run continuously without forced cooling intervals.
If your compressor is running constantly or has failed, this is often a sign of a failed air spring or air line leak rather than the compressor itself — replacing the compressor without addressing the underlying fault will result in the same problem recurring.
