On Air Active — Air Suspension Control System — CKA9001Z / CKA9002Z / CKA9006Z

On Air Active is our automatic air suspension levelling system. Once installed, it monitors and corrects ride height continuously — no manual input, no gauge to watch, no inflation routine to remember. Load the vehicle, drive, and the suspension holds itself at the correct height regardless of payload.
 
A single height sensor measures rear ride height in real time. The control unit compares against the target ride height and inflates or deflates the air springs as required to maintain it. Across a journey this means consistent geometry under changing loads — fuel burn, passengers shifting, gear redistributed — without the driver doing anything.
 
All variants include a lowering function (where the suspension permits), allowing rear height to be reduced for easier loading at the press of a button.
 
Three configurations:
CKA9001Z — On Air Active S1.0 (semi-air, no tank) — for use with semi-air suspension kits where no air reservoir is required. The most common configuration for motorhome and light commercial semi-air installations.
CKA9002Z — On Air Active S1.1 (full-air, with tank) — includes an air tank and pressure sensor for faster response and consistent stored air pressure. Suited to full-air suspension systems where rapid ride height changes are needed.
CKA9006Z — On Air Active S1.0 (full-air, no tank) — full-air configuration without an auxiliary tank. Suited to installations where space is limited or where stored air pressure is not required.
 
Compatibility
On Air Active is compatible with all On Air Suspension semi-air and full-air kits. For semi-air installations, choose CKA9001Z. For full-air systems, choose CKA9002Z (with tank) or CKA9006Z (no tank) depending on your installation requirements.
