Air Suspension Repair, Fitting & Service — Ongar, Essex
Professional air suspension installation, diagnostics and repair — for private owners, motorhome dealers and fleet operators.
On Air Suspension is an air suspension specialist operating a dedicated workshop at our base in Ongar, Essex. All air suspension kits supplied by On Air are available for professional fitting at the workshop — including semi-air kits, full-air conversions and OE replacement systems. We also carry out air suspension repair on existing systems, covering OE faults, leaks, compressor issues and general air suspension servicing.
We also fit and service air suspension on light commercial vehicles — including Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, VW Crafter, Iveco Daily and Isuzu chassis up to 7.5t — and specialist conversions such as ambulances, welfare vehicles, refrigerated bodies and tail-lift builds. Diagnostics & Repair
If your existing air suspension system is developing faults — compressor running constantly, leaking air springs, height sensor issues or loss of ride height control — our team can diagnose, service and repair the system at the workshop. We work on OE factory-fitted systems as well as aftermarket kits.

How It Works
On Air Suspension operates a supply and fit service. All parts are supplied by On Air as part of the fitting — we do not fit customer-supplied parts. This ensures every installation uses components we know, trust and stand behind.
Fitting costs are quoted on enquiry — there are too many variables across vehicle types, kit specifications and configurations to publish a standard price list. Contact us for a quote.
Typical lead time: Subject to availability, typically 1–3 weeks.
We work with private vehicle owners, motorhome dealers, fleet operators and commercial customers.

Motorhome Air Suspension Repair & Servicing
We carry out air suspension repair and installation for motorhomes including large, tag-axle, A-class and 5t+ coachbuilt motorhomes at our Ongar, Essex workshop. Whether you have a fault on an existing aftermarket kit or a factory-fitted OE system, our team can diagnose the problem and carry out the repair using parts we supply and stand behind.
Common faults include leaking air springs, compressor failure, height sensor issues and loss of ride height control. If your motorhome is sitting low at the rear, losing height overnight or the compressor is running continuously, get in touch to book a diagnostic appointment.
Do you fit parts I've bought elsewhere?
