On Air Suspension operates a dedicated workshop at our base in Ongar, Essex. All air suspension kits supplied by On Air are available for professional fitting at the workshop — including semi-air kits, full-air conversions and OE replacement systems. We also carry out diagnostics and repair on existing air suspension systems, covering OE faults, leaks, compressor issues and general air suspension servicing.
Diagnostics & Repair
If your existing air suspension system is developing faults — compressor running constantly, leaking air springs, height sensor issues or loss of ride height control — our team can diagnose, service and repair the system at the workshop. We work on OE factory-fitted systems as well as aftermarket kits.
How It Works
On Air Suspension operates a supply and fit service. All parts are supplied by On Air as part of the fitting — we do not fit customer-supplied parts. This ensures every installation uses components we know, trust and stand behind.
