Toyota Land Cruiser 2024+ Rear Full-Air Kit — On Air Active — AKF1781Z

SKU: AKF1781Z

Fitted at our Ongar, Essex workshop. Call Contact Us to discuss your vehicle and book a fitting date.

The Land Cruiser is built to carry, but a drawer system, water, a roof tent and a trailer on the hitch all load the rear axle, and coil springs compress under it. This kit replaces the rear coil springs entirely with full-air suspension, managed by On Air Active — Advanced Air Suspension Control System, included as standard. Designed and built by On Air Suspension, and fitted by our own technicians at our Ongar, Essex workshop.

Fits all Toyota Land Cruiser models from 2024 onwards.

How it works
An ECU reads a single height sensor on the rear axle. It adjusts the air springs to hold the rear at a set ride height as the load changes, whether you've just filled the water tank or hitched up a trailer.

A dashboard dump switch deflates the rear fully for low-access loading. Ride height returns automatically once you drive off.

An integrated compressor supplies the system, so there's no tank and no external air supply to manage. Levelling runs whenever the ignition is on.

On Air Active — Included as Standard

On Air Active is our own control system, designed and built in-house. It has a potted circuit board and an enclosure made from glass-filled nylon, with stainless steel mounting hardware. Its adjustment has a built-in delay, so it doesn't chase bumps or brief stops, which protects the compressor and the valve block.

Engineered by On Air Suspension

Every On Air Suspension kit begins on our CAD systems. Our in-house engineering team designs each solution from scratch, prototypes using advanced 3D printing, and validates through physical installation and testing at our Ongar, Essex workshop before a kit ever reaches a customer. Brackets and structural components are manufactured to our specifications by trusted UK suppliers. Air springs are sourced from our manufacturing partners — relationships close enough that we can influence production schedules and specify geometry when standard sizes won't do. The result is a solution engineered, tested and deployed entirely in-house, by the people who designed it. This is what separates On Air Suspension from a distributor. We don't fit other people's kits — we build our own.

  • Frequently Asked Questions

Which Land Cruiser models does this kit fit?
All Toyota Land Cruiser models from 2024 onwards.

Does the kit include a control system, or is that an extra?
On Air Active is included as standard. It levels the rear automatically from a single height sensor and has a dump switch that fully deflates the rear for loading access.

Can I raise or lower the rear from the cab?
Not to selectable heights. The system holds a set ride height automatically as the load changes. The dump switch fully deflates the rear for low-access loading, and the ride height returns automatically once you drive off.

Does it replace the original rear springs?
Yes. This is a full-air conversion that replaces the rear coil springs entirely.

Can I fit the kit myself?
No. This kit is workshop fit only and is installed by our technicians at our Ongar, Essex workshop.

Does it increase payload or towing capacity?
No. The kit doesn't change the vehicle's gross vehicle weight or towing limits. It keeps the rear level as the load changes, within the vehicle's rated limits.
