Renault Master XDD Rear Semi-Air Suspension Kit — AKS2257Y / AKS2157Y

The Renault Master XDD is an entirely new chassis platform introduced from 2025, replacing the long-running X62. Under load the standard rear suspension has limited capacity to compensate — the rear drops, clearance reduces and ramp angles that were manageable unladen become a problem loaded. On Air Suspension's rear semi-air kit works alongside the existing suspension to give you on-demand rear height control and load levelling without altering the vehicle's legal kerb weight or GVW.

How it works
Air springs are added to assist the existing rear suspension rather than replacing it. Original suspension components are fully retained. You gain precise, adjustable control over rear ride height and load management across the full legal load range.

Which variant do you need?
 
AKS2257Y — Panel van For Renault Master XDD panel van body configurations. Compact bracket design fits within the existing wheel wells without interference with the inner wheel arches.
 
AKS2157Y — Chassis cab For Renault Master XDD chassis cab variants fitted with tipper, Luton, flatbed or specialist conversion bodies. Bracket configuration accommodates the wider chassis rail widths and subframe mounting points common on converted vehicles.
