The third-generation Mercedes Sprinter (VS30, 2019–present) introduced front-wheel drive to the Sprinter range for the first time — a significant engineering change that affects the rear suspension geometry and load-carrying behaviour. On Air Suspension's FWD semi-air kit is developed specifically for this platform, providing on-demand rear height control and load levelling for the VS30 front-wheel drive Sprinter across all body configurations.
 
How It Works
 
The semi-air system works alongside the Sprinter's original rear suspension — SABO / On Air air springs are added to assist the existing setup rather than replacing it. Original suspension components are fully retained. You gain precise, adjustable control over rear ride height and load management without affecting chassis integrity or voiding the original suspension setup.

AKS2085Y — On Air / Intrak, for VS30 FWD Sprinters including anti-roll bars
AKS2075R — Drive-Rite variant, supplied as a complete branded kit

Designed and Built in the UK
 
Every On Air Suspension kit begins on our CAD systems. Our in-house engineering team designs each solution from scratch, prototypes using advanced 3D printing, and validates through physical installation and testing at our Ongar, Essex workshop. We don't fit other people's kits — we build our own.
