Iveco Daily 6.5t–7.5t Rear Semi-Air Suspension Kit

The heavier Daily variants — from 6.5 tonnes up to 7.5 tonnes GVW — are the workhorses of the specialist conversion market. Welfare vehicles, ambulances, high-roof minibuses, refrigerated bodies, tail-lift equipped service vehicles — the Daily at this weight class carries significant payload and does so repeatedly, day after day. Standard rear suspension is engineered for a compromise across that entire weight range. On Air Suspension's rear semi-air kit removes that compromise.
 
How It Works
 
The semi-air system works alongside the Daily's original rear suspension — air springs are added to assist the existing setup rather than replacing it. The original suspension components are fully retained. You gain precise, on-demand control over rear ride height and load management without affecting chassis integrity.
At this weight class the benefits are particularly significant — heavier GVW means greater variation between unladen and laden ride height, more pronounced body roll under load, and greater sensitivity to ramp angles at loading docks and vehicle access points.

Designed and Built in the UK
 
Every On Air Suspension kit begins on our CAD systems. Our in-house engineering team designs each solution from scratch, prototypes using advanced 3D printing, and validates through physical installation and testing at our Ongar, Essex workshop. We don't fit other people's kits — we build our own.
