The Iveco Daily is one of the UK's most versatile light commercial vehicles — used across welfare, ambulance, minibus, refrigerated and specialist conversion applications. Under load, the standard rear suspension compromises vehicle attitude, reduces stability and limits the operator's ability to manage ramp angles and loading dock approaches. On Air Suspension's rear semi-air kit solves this with a precision-engineered solution designed specifically for the Daily chassis.
 
How It Works
 
The semi-air system works alongside the Daily's original rear suspension — the air springs assist the existing setup rather than replacing it. Nothing is removed. You gain precise, adjustable control over rear ride height and load management without affecting the structural integrity of the original chassis setup.

Designed and Built in the UK
 
Every On Air Suspension kit begins on our CAD systems. Our in-house engineering team designs each solution from scratch, prototypes using advanced 3D printing, and validates through physical installation and testing at our Ongar, Essex workshop. We don't fit other people's kits — we build our own.
