What's Included?
This isn't a generic helper spring kit. The On Air Suspension Ford Ranger rear air kit is a comprehensive, vehicle-specific conversion comprising over 60 individually engineered components including:
Ranger-specific rear sub-frame assembly — primary and secondary wrap
Bespoke air springs matched to Ranger rear axle geometry
Height sensors (left and right) with extensions and linkages
Dedicated air tank with compressor fixings
Ranger-specific trailing arm, panhard rod and anti-walk bush assembly
Full wiring loom, relay kit, fuse holders and cable management
Up/Down auto controls with switch panel

Designed and Built in the UK
Every bracket, subframe component and assembly in this kit is designed by On Air Suspension's in-house engineering team at our workshop in Ongar, Essex. The Ranger kit has been developed specifically for this chassis — not adapted from a generic platform. Each component has been through our full R&D process to ensure correct geometry, fitment and durability.
