On Air AL-KO Ducato / Boxer / Relay Rear Semi-Air Suspension Kit

AL-KO chassis with torsion beam suspension is becoming ever-popular for both Motorhome & Light Commercial use.
With over 30 year’s experience in the design & manufacture of air suspension, we have developed a simple but class-leading rear semi-air suspension kit for use on Fiat Ducato / Peugeot Boxer / Citroen relay X250 & X290 platforms from 2007 onwards, both single &  twin rear axles.
Only quality components are used with automotive grade finishes & fixings along with bespoke air springs for the ultimate ride comfort & lifting ability.
With an On Air Suspension semi-air kit, the air springs work in conjunction with the original steel suspension (torsion beam in this case) so to assist in vehicle levelling with increased payload.
Vehicle roll stiffness is also increased thus providing more stability when passing high-sided vehicles etc.
The kit also benefits from altering the rear height when needed by changing air pressure* in the air springs. This is beneficial with ramp angles i.e. Ferry embarkment or steep drives.
