SZ135-19P02 Air Spring — AL-KO Full Air OE Replacement (ASL4088N)

A Contitech OE sleeve air spring with internal bump stop, found on AL-KO full air suspension systems. Supplied as a complete assembly.
 
This spring carries the SZ135-19 marking on the rubber bellow but is a distinct variant — the internal bump stop prevents the spring compressing beyond a set point and is the key differentiating feature from the standard SZ135-19. If you have identified your spring as SZ135-19 on an AL-KO full air system, this is likely the correct replacement.
 
How to confirm your variant: This assembly weighs approximately 1.2kg and uses a 4mm push-fit air connector. The standard SZ135-19 without bump stop is lighter at approximately 1.0kg and typically uses a 6mm air feed. If your air line is 6mm, this is not the correct replacement.
