Firestone 1T14F-2 / 1T14C-1 Air Spring — C01-358-2112 (ASL5021A / ASL5021I)
 
A crimped air spring assembly supplied as a complete unit — top plate, piston and bellow are permanently joined and not detachable. This assembly includes an internal bump stop, which prevents the spring from compressing beyond a set point and protects the system under full deflation or overload conditions.
 
Identifying this spring: This assembly is identified by two Firestone reference numbers which appear in different locations on the spring:
 
Bellow numbers (moulded into the rubber): 1T14C-1, 1T14F-2. Note that these bellow numbers may appear on other assemblies in the same series — including variants without an internal bump stop. The bellow number alone is not sufficient to confirm this is the correct replacement.
Full assembly number (on a sticker on the top plate): C01-358-2112. This number identifies this specific assembly, including the internal bump stop configuration. Note that the top plate sticker is often illegible due to age and may require the spring to be removed for inspection.
